PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL)

Responsibilities

• To assist the Director in managing the projects from inception to end.
• To manage a project team to meet the project requirements and deadline
• To liaise with clients and consultants on project and attend meetings
• To co-ordinate sub-contract works
• To assist in cost engineering to tender

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• More than 10 years M&E experience in Building ACMV and/or Electrical Services.
• AutoCad skills & computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
• Strong leadership, pleasant personality, independent, responsible and able to lead a team
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
• Possess with own transport and willing to travel.
