Waison Design & Engineering Limited was established in 2011 by professionals with rich experiences in interior design. We devoted ourselves to the area of retail, corporate, residential and catering that developed diverse quality services in line with changing needs and client expectation.

We are currently looking for a experienced interior designer and its job requirement is as follows. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager/ress / Project coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily work, ensure quality, and keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate with internal/external parties (property management, technicians/contractors, suppliers).
• Assist with basic installation, repairs, and measuring.
• 協助統籌及協調日常運作、跟進工程品質、督促及監督工程進度;
• 與公司內部/外部物管/師傅/供應商交涉等;
• 執行其他獲委派的職務,須要外勤 (懂一般安裝維修工作、度尺)

Requirements :

• Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate);
• 1 year of experience required;
• Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ;
• Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ;
• Green Card;
• 工作獨立積極主動, 願意學習, 對工程有興趣優先;
• 能夠理解工程圖紙; 具良好表達溝通技巧

Working hrs:

• Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 8 - 9 working hours per day
