• Plan, initiate, and manage projects from inception to completion within defined scope, budget, and timeline
• Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using project management tools
• Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability for project milestones
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address issues
• Communicate project status, updates, and reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Conduct project evaluations and ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
