Project Manager(SaaS/IoT)

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from solution handover to go-live, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional resources (Solution, Backend, Product, Delivery, Customer) to translate front-end solutions into execution.
• Own overall project performance, ensuring KPIs on quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Serve as primary customer contact person, driving proactive communication and customer expectation management.
• Control and optimize project costs, tracking budget consumption and supporting financial forecast and reporting.
• Own & maintain high-quality project documentation, executive-ready status reporting, performance metrics to provide leadership with clear visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
• Systematically capture lessons learned, lead structured retrospectives, and translate insights into standardized workflows, operating procedures, and delivery playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and best practices to increase execution predictability, quality, and team productivity.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced degree, Project management experience in SaaS, Manufacturing, Energy, or IoT backgrounds (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for global communication and presentations.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage 3–4 projects concurrently.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Monday, or similar tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to convert solution designs into executable delivery plans.
• Adaptable in cross-cultural, fast-paced environments; experience working across regions is a plus.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable; PMP certification is a plus.
