Project Manager/Senior Project Executive

Vacancies are available for the following positions:

1. Project Manager
2. Senior Project Executive

The successful candidates will support the management of:

• Project planning and site execution
• Project budgets, cash flow and cost control
• Tenant relations and tenancy administration
• Leasing activities and occupancy performance
• Renovation, refurbishment and tenant fit-out works
• Building operations and facilities maintenance
• Contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorities

Project Manager

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Property Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience, including experience leading projects or property operations.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, budgeting, contracts, leasing, tenancy and building management.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, financial-management and problem-solving skills.

Senior Project Executive

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Property Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in projects, renovation, property, tenancy, leasing or facilities management.
• Able to coordinate site activities, documentation, quotations, claims, schedules and contractor performance.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Good communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
