Project Manager/Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee on-site projects from preparation through completion. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, quality service delivery, and professional client handling. You will serve as the main point of coordination between project staff and clients, making sure every detail is properly managed and documented. This is a hands-on, field-based position where you will actively participate in site operations, supervise staff, monitor work quality, and address client concerns. You will also be responsible for identifying additional work opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on-site project execution, ensuring staff are properly equipped and tasks are completed on time.
• Act as the company's representative with clients, addressing concerns and confirming scope of work.
• Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and enforce safety and work standards.
• Conduct inspections, identify additional work requirements, and document findings with photos and reports.
• Prepare accurate project reports, including timelines, staff assignments, and client feedback.
• Ensure quality control by checking completed work and requesting rework when necessary.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials before deployment to avoid delays.

About you

• At least 1–2 years of experience in project supervision, field operations, construction, maintenance, cleaning services, or facilities management preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; we value fast learners who are proactive and adaptable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Physically capable of working in commercial and industrial environments.
• Willing to travel to different project locations and work flexible hours (mostly evenings).
• Leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills are an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₱15,000 per month
• Schedule: Flexible, based on project deployments (average 6–8 hours per project)
