Ideal Candidate: The Client is looking for a couple of project managers to support operational integration. They don’t need to be technology PMs, but strong airline operations experience Specially commercial technology background who can bridge the business and technology teams. Former AirCentre or similar airline operations systems experience could be particularly relevant.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with successful execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead and manage multiple strategic programs and initiatives from inception through completion.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics to support delivery of business objectives.
• Drive program governance, risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution.
• Monitor program performance and proactively implement corrective actions when needed.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Build strong relationships across all organizational levels and ensure communication is clear, timely, and consistent.

Delivery Execution

• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and change requests.
• Establish and track key performance indicators, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote adoption of best practices across programs.

Experience:

• Commercial technology background in the business.: 10 years (Required)
• airline operations: 10 years (Required)
