Project Marketing (ภูเก็ต)

About the role

This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase walk-in customers and achieve sales targets for assigned projects. You will manage marketing budgets, analyse market trends and customer behaviour, and coordinate with internal teams and business partners to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase walk-in customers and manage sales closures against defined targets
• Design and execute strategic marketing plans using various tools including online/offline advertising, marketing activities, promotions, and sales campaigns
• Manage and control marketing budgets according to plan for maximum efficiency
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape in project areas, and provide insights to management for decision-making
• Analyse customer behaviour and profiles to determine appropriate marketing approaches for each target group
• Plan sales strategies and marketing promotions including campaigns, CRM activities, lead generation, and loyalty programs to increase conversion rates and expand customer base
• Build relationships and coordinate with business partners including sales agents, brokers, advertising media, and other partners to support sales and increase marketing opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign results, and adjust strategies according to market conditions
• Provide guidance and lead coordination with internal teams including sales, design, and construction departments, as well as suppliers and partners to ensure operations align with plans

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Project Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
3. Good understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and sales support activities.
4. Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing and campaign performance data.
6. Good coordination, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work effectively with Sales teams, internal departments, suppliers, and external business partners.
8. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
9. Willing and able to travel to assigned project sites when required.
10. Able to work 6 days per week.
