Project Marketing – Construction Projects

Location: Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok – near MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 | Friday possible WFH

A growing company specializing in power solutions and generator systems is looking for a Project Marketing professionals to expand its network within the construction and building industry.

This role focuses on relationship building and project development rather than direct sales. You will work closely with Designers, Consultants, Architects, and Project Owners to introduce the company’s products and secure placement on Vendor Lists / Project Specifications during the early design stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Designers, MEP/Electrical Consultants, Architects, Project Owners, and other key stakeholders
• Visit Designers and Owners regularly to identify upcoming construction projects
• Introduce the company, products, and brands during the design/specification stage
• Develop opportunities to have the company/brand included in Approved Vendor Lists and Project Specifications
• Identify new projects at an early stage and gather key project information
• Maintain and expand industry connections to generate new opportunities
• Coordinate qualified projects with the Sales team once they move to the tender/purchasing stage
• Monitor competitor activities and project specifications
• Prepare reports on customer visits, project development, and Vendor List placement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields
• Experience in Project Marketing, Specification Marketing, Business Development, or related roles
• Strong existing connections with Designers / Consultants / Architects / Owners are highly preferred
• Background in Building Materials, Construction Materials, MEP, Electrical Equipment, Lighting, HVAC, Sanitary Ware, Fire Protection, or related industries is welcome
• Own car required
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Able to work independently and conduct frequent customer visits
• Generator or electrical product experience is not required

🚗 Gasoline/Maintenance Allowance: THB 8,000/month
📱 Phone Allowance: THB 1,000/month
🅿️ Parking Allowance: THB 1,000/month
🎁 Bonus: Approx. 1–1.5 months + Provident Fund + Health & Accident Insurance + other benefits
