Project Marketing Manager

ALAND is one of Sydney's most active residential developers/builders. We buy the land, we design it, we build it and we sell it, all in house, which means the marketing sits right next to the people making the decisions. There's no long chain of approvals between a good idea and it going live.

 We're looking for a Project Marketing Manager to drive the marketing for a portfolio of our residential projects, from pre launch through to sold out.

What you'll be doing

• Driving the marketing strategy and campaign plan for your projects, from brand and positioning through to launch and sell down
• Working with the internal marketing team, design and Salesforce specialists to get the plan executed, and giving them clear direction to work to
• Bringing project brands to life: naming, identity, brochures, signage, display suites, renders, films, websites and EDMs
• Running the display suite and sales gallery experience so it looks and feels the way the brand promised
• Managing project marketing budgets and reporting on where the money went and what it returned
• Tracking enquiry, leads, conversion and cost per sale, and adjusting the plan when the numbers tell you to
• Working with our in house Salesforce team on lead flow, nurture and reporting
• Keeping internal stakeholders across it, including the development, sales and leadership team

What we're looking for

• 4-6 years project marketing experience. You've taken residential projects to market and seen them through. We're open on where that came from: a project marketing agency, a real estate agency's project marketing arm, or in house with a developer
• Experience running several projects at the same time, at different stages, with different deadlines. This is not a one project role and it never will be
• A strong grip on the sales side. You understand launch strategy, price lists, stock releases and how a sales campaign actually behaves week to week
• Confidence briefing creative and media partners, and the judgement to know when work is good enough and when it isn't
• Comfort with data. Enquiry sources, conversion rates, media performance, cost per lead
• Someone who can hold several projects at once without dropping any of them
• Strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to hold a room with senior stakeholders
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar
• A current driver's licence and willingness to get out to sites and display suites across Sydney
