Project Mechanical Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed/Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in mechanical engineering and construction.
• Strong experience in project site management and construction operations.
• Proficient in project management, engineering, and construction-related software.
• Experienced in cost control, project scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple project activities and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical activities from project initiation through completion.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and work programs for mechanical works.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Manage project risks, changes, variations, and technical concerns related to the mechanical scope.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, project owners, contractors, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Manage cost control, procurement activities, manpower requirements, and material requirements for mechanical works.
• Review project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, weekly reports, monthly reports, and other required project documentation.
• Ensure that mechanical works are completed within the approved budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and provide technical direction to project and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php66,000.00 per month
