What they need
Qualifications:
- BS Nursing graduate
- Active PRC Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- BOSH and COSH training is an advantage
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and immediate medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Conduct daily health assessments, wellness checks, and monitor employee fitness for work
- Maintain medical records, incident reports, and DOLE-required documentation
- Conduct Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and first aid orientations or trainings
- Recommend workplace health and safety improvements to management
- Support occupational health programs and emergency response activities
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
