Project Nurse

• Maintains the medicine stock and monitors the running cost of medical expenses at the project site.
• Assists the Safety Officer with documentation tasks in the Safety Department.
• Ensures up-to-date documentation and accurate maintenance of records.
• Recommends additional medical attention for patients and assists them to a medical facility if necessary.
• Monitors workers' blood pressure daily before deployment on the site.
• Check the blood pressure and BMI of the staff weekly.
• Facilitates the Annual Medical Examination for monthly and weekly employees.
• Observe workers and reports illnesses that are not being reported or declared by their supervisors.
• Reports any accident or incident to the Project Manager and/or appropriate staff.
• Endorses referrals for pre-employment medical examinations, including pre-entry health assessments/screenings of new applicants or those transferred from other projects.
• Acts as a Health Adviser among workers and staff.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
• Proficient in data management and patient record-keeping
• Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Minimum of 1 year experience in occupational health nursing or construction site medical care
• Preferably possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certifications
