Project Nurse III

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Nurse III to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare software systems.
