Project Office Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Office Engineer to join our team and support the planning, documentation, monitoring, and successful implementation of our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction plans, specifications, and technical requirements
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall progress
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Prepare weekly project progress and status reports
• Manage technical documentation from bidding to project close-out
• Prepare and monitor billing and accomplishment documents
• Help ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and traffic management requirements
• Provide technical and project coordination support as needed

About you

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related engineering course
• Fresh graduates and applicants with relevant construction experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of construction plans, project documentation, quantity take-off, scheduling, and progress monitoring is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering/project management software is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple project requirements
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to conduct site visits when required
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different project teams
