Position: Project Officer I - Junior Procurement and Shop Drawing Officer

projects internationally.

Job Description:

1. Prepare procurement quantities and coordinate with suppliers.

2. Prepare start up documentations after contract.

3. First principal measurement of finishing and trade elements.

4. Prepare Shop drawing, detail drawing and markup plans

5. Analyze difference between Tender documents and issued for construction documents.

6. Other Post contract works prior to project starts date.

7. Assist in the management, preparation and submissions of shop drawings and tracking of

accomplishment.

8. Project support: Providing support for projects at various stages.

9. Project schedules: Assisting project managers with the preparation and maintenance of Project

schedules.

10. Other Post contract works prior to project starts date.

Key Competencies

• With knowledge in AutoCAD, construction drawings and has ability to interpret plan.

• Understands document control.

• Ability to understand drawings and specification with the ability to interrogate documentation

and understand intent.

• Understands finishing trades (tiling essential).

• Able to deal with ambiguous information and define scope.

• Understands when to seek clarification.

• Provide reporting functions.

• Ability to measure and estimate.

• Understands scheduling function within construction.

• Ability to understand and define output requirements from basic information.

• Assist in reviewing difference in documents.

• Assist in tracking outputs on projects using photos and videos.
