Why This Role Matters

As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in driving successful project delivery, system implementation, and process governance across the business. By ensuring projects, data, and systems are managed effectively, you will enable teams to work more efficiently, support our O+O (Offline + Online) business model, and ultimately contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces through seamless operations and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities across New Product Development (NPD), digital transformation, AI adoption, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support DMS (Database Management System) implementation by partnering with business teams, GIT, and external vendors to ensure smooth adoption and data accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain structured project data and develop reports to provide visibility into progress, risks, and performance.
• Support RFQ, tender, documentation, and procurement processes while ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
• Apply a scientific and data-driven approach to project tracking, reporting, and decision support.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and support a customer-focused mindset.
