Project Officer (Buyer)

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to manage supplier relations and keep our procurement process running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for supplier concerns, oversee purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain raw material inventory. You’ll also coordinate price updates, track freight costs, and ensure timely reporting to support efficient supply chain operations.

Job Description

1. Window person to all supplier’s concerns

2. Generates matstat based on material availability and inform PPC

3. Provide Open PO list to BPO

4. Responsible for PO balance reconciliation

5. Provide critical material list to supplier and delivery timing requirement

6. Monitors delivery performance of suppliers

7. Maintains standard RM inventory level

8. Provide material price change information to Costing and Sales team

9. Responsible DM/CM and waiver application for RM concerns

10. Responsible for Import freight cost target achievement

11. Responsible for tray/packaging (one time used) monitoring/simulation

12. Ensure timely update/escalation report to all job-related issues.

13. Generate reports needed by immediate superior
