Project Officer

The role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, supporting project planning activities, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and assisting with technical, commercial, and operational deliverables. The Project Executive acts as the central coordination point for project information and communications, helping ensure projects are executed in accordance with customer requirements, company standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Derived from the project planning, coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, and project execution responsibilities of the Project Management function.
