Project Officer

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Project Officers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. About your new role

The position focuses on project delivery, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation-primarily supporting key initiatives and Community Outreach Programs.

What you will need to exceed

• Proven background in government, public policy, or social service delivery, with specialised knowledge in energy, housing, or welfare support.
• Hands-on experience overseeing third-party vendors and community partners to ensure deliverables align with contractual terms.
• Demonstrated success supporting multi-faceted programs (such as grants or subsidies) and tracking performance against established evaluation metrics.
• Skill in synthesising operational data to produce internal management reports, executive briefings, and public summaries.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining essential project assets, including detailed project plans, risk logs, task trackers, and delivery schedules.
• Capable of gathering both quantitative program metrics and qualitative user feedback to measure program impact and effectiveness.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active workstreams while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Strong ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable reporting for decision-makers.
