Equicom Services, Inc. is urgently looking for a Project Officer to join our team!

Location: 3F Equicom Center, 3308 Zapote St., Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Makati City

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, business analytics, or operational financial tracking.
• Technical Skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management frameworks, tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira), and tracking methodologies (Gantt charts, milestone tracking, risk logs).
• Solid understanding of P&L mechanics, specifically evaluating revenue, cost structures, and net income margins.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities (financial/analytical modeling, pivot tables) and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau).
• Knowledge of process mapping, Lean principles, and continuous improvement methods.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong numerical accuracy, structured problem-solving, leadership presence, and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

The Project Officer is responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and process optimization across operations. Grounded in Industrial Engineering methodologies, this role focuses on analyzing operational workflows, evaluating project-level net income against generated revenue, and leveraging data analytics to optimize productivity and report actionable performance metrics to leadership.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management: Lead and support project initialization, scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline tracking to ensure on-time and within-budget execution; establish milestones, manage project risks, and track deliverables using project management tools.
• Profit and loss (P&L) Analysis: Analyze revenue streams against associated direct and indirect costs to evaluate net income, assess gross/net profit margins, and confirm profitability.
• Workflow & Operational Optimization: Apply Industrial Engineering techniques (e.g., process mapping, capacity planning, bottleneck analysis) to streamline delivery processes, minimize operational costs, and maintain high-quality project standards.
• Data Analytics & Dashboarding: Collect, clean, and structure operational and project metrics; maintain live KPI dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to communicate project health, net income trends, and milestone progress to management.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Facilitate cross-functional team alignment, run regular project status meetings, and present clear financial and operational performance updates to executive stakeholders.
