Project Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations and activities;
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and communication between team members and external stakeholders;
• Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, participant lists, and meeting minutes;
• Ensure all required resources and publicity content (venues, equipment, materials) are prepared for workshops, events, and training sessions;
• Prepare documentation and client reports.
• Carry out general administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining the filing system;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned;
• Able to work independently and work under pressure

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Business Administration is highly preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks;
• Able to work independently and work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience will be treated as assistant role.
