Project Officer (CS - Night Shift)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Officer to support international market research projects for our global client. This role combines customer communication, administrative coordination, and quality checking responsibilities.

You will communicate with international field evaluators, coordinate project assignments, respond to inquiries, and review submitted reports and survey data to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate shopper/auditor assignments and recruit additional resources when needed.
• Contact and negotiate with shoppers/auditors to secure project assignments.
• Review reports and surveys for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in night shift.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations, Quality Assurance, Market Research, or a related field.
• Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.
