Project Officer, Environmental Engineering Division, Project - E&M

• Provide administrative support to the project team to facilitate smooth project operations
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal and external parties
• Ensure tender submissions comply with requirements and maintain accuracy and completeness of tender documentation
• Support the tender team in preparing tender documents, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and tracking tender progress

Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant working tools
• Holder of Green Card is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and fair command of English
• Immediate availability is an advantage
