Project Officer - Junior
Event Management - Fireworks / Special effects

Location: Sentosa
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage fireworks display projects from planning through execution.
• Liaise with clients, event organizers, authorities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate permit applications and regulatory approvals for fireworks displays.
• Arrange logistics, transportation, storage, and deployment of fireworks materials and equipment.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate manpower to support safe and efficient on-site operations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, project reports, and post-event documentation while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn, Training is Provided
• Comfortable with hands-on work and assisting with on-site setup and operations.
• Able to work flexible hours to support event operations.
