Project Officer (Night Shift)

As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in managing mystery shopper projects for our global market research client. Are you passionate about communicating in English, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative and project-related tasks? Do you enjoy working in a multicultural environment? In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and assigning mystery shoppers, recruiting additional resources when needed, communicating with shoppers and auditors through phone and email, and quality checking survey data and reports. You will also help ensure that projects are well-organized, completed according to requirements, and delivered on time.

Job Description:

1. Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely project execution.
2. Coordinate shopper/auditor assignments and recruit additional resources when needed.
3. Contact and negotiate with shoppers/auditors to secure project assignments.
4. Review reports and surveys for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency at CEFR B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with native speakers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communicating with people through phone and email.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to follow up until tasks are completed.
• Able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Professional, reliable, and accountable.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Willing to work the night shift.
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta.

Point Plus If You Have:

• Experience in Project Coordination, or similar roles.

• Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.

• International exposure.
