Project / Operations Assistant – PropTech Startup

GREEN BUILDING is an innovative PropTech company developing AI-powered solutions for the built environment, real estate, energy efficiency and asset performance.

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized Project / Operations Assistant to support the founders and management team in the development and daily operations of the company.

Main Responsibilities

• Support management with day-to-day operations and project coordination
• Follow up on tasks, deadlines, meetings and documentation
• Assist with business development and partner communications
• Prepare presentations, reports and administrative documents
• Coordinate with external partners, clients, consultants and service providers
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support applications to accelerators, investors and strategic partners
• Assist with CRM, databases and internal organization
• Support marketing and communication activities when required

Profile

• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
• French is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with technology, AI tools and digital platforms
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Professional, proactive and able to work independently
• Interest in PropTech, real estate, sustainability, technology or startups
• Previous UAE experience is an advantage

Additional Qualifications Appreciated

MBA, PMP, LEED AP, engineering, architecture, real estate, business management or project management background would be considered an advantage.
