If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, working across multiple departments, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our St Johns office while partnering closely with our accounting teams in Lynnwood and Vancouver to ensure accurate reporting for the Kongsberg Discovery business. • Preparing quotations and processing purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs)
  • Partnering with the Sales & Service Administrator to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Reconciling employee hours within the ERP system (AX)
  • Providing professional phone and customer support
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities
  • Help strengthen operational processes and maintain clear separation of banking and administrative responsibilities
  • Act as a key liaison between Operations, Accounting, Sales, and external suppliers
  • Provide logistical support for both the Project and Sales Teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent professional work experience
  • Experience with an ERP system; purchasing or Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong sense of ownership
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent service

Why You’ll Enjoy Working Here:

At Kongsberg Discovery, you'll join a team that's passionate about innovation and committed to helping one another succeed. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, curiosity, and empowering our people to continuously improve.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on innovative technologies with real-world global impact.
  • Collaborate with talented engineers, technicians, and manufacturing professionals.
  • Expand your technical skills and work with advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Contribute ideas that directly influence products and manufacturing processes.
  • Be part of a workplace where quality, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning are valued every day.
