Project Operations Coordinator

We are searching Project Operations Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to take care of our projects people mobilization, demobilization, onboarding and operations activities worldwide.

It is permanent job, 5 working days, fully in office.

If you have experience in below responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and execute projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met through effective coordination with clients and internal departments.
• Manage the complete pre-hiring process, including background and medical checks, issuance and collection of signed job offers, contracts, schedules and required employment documentation.
• Coordinate the full hiring and mobilization process, including visa applications, entry permits, medical examinations, employee IDs, labour cards, medical insurance and personnel checklists.
• Plan and oversee employee mobilization and demobilization, coordinating with Travel & Logistics, PROs, clients and partner agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements for flights, accommodation and transfers.
• Manage post-hiring activities, maintaining client and employee relations, resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth project execution through completion.
• Prepare and manage budgets for offers, projects and business initiatives, monitor expenditure, update financial forecasts and implement cost-reduction measures.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labour regulations and company procedures, recommending improvements to minimize legal and operational risks.
• Manage relationships with clients and external agencies, identify partners for visa and local support, and coordinate with the Commercial Department on new business opportunities.
• Oversee employee induction and orientation, conduct site visits and investigations, and monitor logistics operations, including vehicle rentals, costs, delivery delays and related accidents or incidents.
• Prepare management reports covering mobilization and demobilization status, forecasts, critical issues and operational performance.
• Resolve operational challenges, make decisions and implement improvements to systems, processes and procedures.
