We are looking for an ambitious Project Operations Executive to power our site execution, bridge engineering precision with high-tech innovation, and help turn vision into impact.
How You Will Make an Impact

• Drive Daily Site Excellence: Lead daily project activities, keeping our groundbreaking development on schedule and running smoothly.
• Master Progress Tracking: Monitor progress against master programmes, proactively resolving bottlenecks before they happen.
• Keep the Engine Running: Prepare critical site diaries, weekly updates, and executive progress reports for strategic stakeholders.
• Connect Key Players: Serve as a central bridge between top-tier consultants, contractors, and on-site engineering teams.
• Maintain Operational Mastery: Manage site documentation, compliance logs, and action registers to uphold world-class standards.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, QS, Architecture, or related fields.
• Technical Edge: Sharp skills in MS Excel and report preparation, with hands-on exposure to MS Project and basic AutoCAD.
• Experience: Background in construction/project management preferred, though high-potential talents eager to shape modern farming are welcome.
• Core Strengths: Problem-solver, proactive communicator, highly organized, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
