Project Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong capabilities in project coordination, business workflow design, and system delivery governance to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.

This role is ideal for professionals who can translate complex business requirements into structured workflows, mockups, UAT plans, and actionable delivery tasks , while ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned on scope, timelines, and project milestones.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end project execution across digital platforms, LOS, mobile applications, and enterprise systems , contributing directly to SFinance’s digital transformation journey.

What you will do

1) End-to-end project coordination

• Coordinate project activities across business, product, technology, QA, and vendor teams
• Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and critical milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, project checkpoints, and stakeholder meetings
• Proactively identify blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery

2) Business workflow & process analysis

• Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate complex requirements into workflow diagrams, swimlane processes, system interaction maps, and business logic documentation
• Design process flows using tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro, or Visio
• Ensure workflows are optimized for system scalability, user experience, and operational efficiency

3) Wireframe, mockup & requirement visualization

• Convert business requirements into low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and UI mockups
• Use Figma or similar prototyping tools to align business and technology teams before development
• Present workflow logic and UI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

4) UAT governance & release readiness

• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Guide business users through UAT sessions, consolidate feedback, and manage defect tracking
• Partner with QA and engineering teams to ensure defects are resolved before release

5) Documentation & project reporting

• Maintain project documentation including BRD, process maps, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and handover materials
• Prepare project status reports and governance updates for leadership
• Manage backlog prioritization using frameworks such as MoSCoW or urgency-impact matrix

What we are looking for

Experience & education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, system implementation, or delivery support
• Experience in digital banking, consumer finance, LOS, mobile app, or enterprise systems is highly preferred

Technical & delivery capabilities

• Strong understanding of SDLC lifecycle , including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support
• Solid knowledge of system architecture concepts, APIs, integration flow, and database fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with workflow design, mockups, UAT, and defect tracking
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a strong advantage
