Project Planner & Dispatcher Engineer

About the role

As a Project Planner & Dispatcher Engineer at 24 SOLUTION GROUP (THAILAND) CO., LTD., you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. This full-time position is based in Bangkok, where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the various components of project implementation.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely task completion
• Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Optimise project workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organisation

What we're looking for

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in the engineering industry
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Trello
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with engineering project life cycles, construction processes, and industry regulations
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
