About The Role The Project Planner establishes planning governance, validates schedules & progress, and provides critical analysis to safeguard the company and projects at Project Level. Acting as a key bridge between project management, commercial teams, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creation & Maintenance of Project Baseline Schedule
• Resource & Metric Loading of Schedule
• Maintain Highest Standards of Reporting
• Reporting in line with Company WBS / Agreed Structures
• Liaise with Lead Planner for Contractual Protection
• Liaise and Guide Project Operations Teams
• Report to Project Stakeholders
• Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment for Reporting Accuracy
• Analytical Thinking
• Strong Communication Skills
• Risk Identification & Escalation
• Performing Weekly Progress & Photo Diary Walks
• Generating Weekly Planning Reports and Dashboards

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced Professional (2-4+ years)
