Project Planner

Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare the Project & Construction plan
• Progress follow up
• Work progress update
• Construction schedule update
• Analyze work logic/sequence (by P6 program)
• “SIX” week look-ahead plan (Pre-warning for critical activities / items)
• Coordinate with installation team in regards to schedules changes
• Plan review (subordinates)
• Set worksheet to be used for project / construction plan follow up.

Productivity Plan

• Hours and productivity report
• Progress and performance report
• Resource planning
• Look-ahead plan of work loading (Short-medium term)

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, E&I and others)
• Minimum 3 years direct experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Fabrication / Offshore in the Upstream and Downstream Project
• Experience in estimation and project & construction field is a plus.
• Primavera P6 program, MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Working Conditions

• Working location: Laemchabang Industrial Estate.
• Working Hour : Mon – Fri 7.30 – 17.00 and Sat 7.30 – 12.00
• Shuttle bus provided on Sukumvit main road from Chalermthai Chonburi and Banchang Rayong
