PROJECT PLANNER

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in project planning and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other relevant planning tools effectively.

• Develop and maintain baseline construction schedules in collaboration with the Construction Manager, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.

• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly progress reports in accordance with the established reporting schedule.

• Participate in project coordination meetings with Project Managers, site teams, and subcontractors to identify potential risks, address scheduling issues, and highlight delays or areas requiring improvement.

• Gather and review subcontractors’ baseline schedules, manpower allocations, and equipment deployment plans, integrating them into the master project schedule for effective monitoring and control.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time in support of project objectives.

• Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 1-3 years in construction with planning experience with Primavera 6 or MS Project.

• Knowledge and experience in construction methodologies and sequencing, particularly for industrial building projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Required language: English. Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
