  • Engage with the main works contractor, design consultants, project managers and other stakeholders to gather progress information and maintain programme integrity.
  • Identify schedule risks, opportunities and critical path impacts, providing timely analysis and recommendations.
  • Produce programme updates, reports and planning outputs to support project governance and decision-making.
  • Monitor programme performance and communicate key trends to the wider project team.
  • Contribute to programme assurance activities and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Why Gleeds? Project Planning & Controls is a rapidly growing service line at Gleeds with strong support from our Senior Leadership Team and a clear vision for growth. This role offers the opportunity to help shape one of the UK's most significant healthcare programmes while building your career within a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy.

  • Opportunities to work on nationally significant projects across multiple sectors.

  • A collaborative, inclusive culture where your ideas and expertise are valued.

  • Who we’re looking for:

You'll be a proactive planner who enjoys working collaboratively and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working under NEC contracts or within collaborative delivery environments would be advantageous.
