Project Planner

About the role

Create, maintain, review and administer project schedule and plans, liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop project schedule
• Analyse critical part and constraints to determine effect and impact on project schedule
• Plan contingency programmes in case timeframes change
• Identify common pitfall and organize meeting with relevant parties
• Liaise with surveyors, engineer and project managers
• Create, maintain and review a programme of work
• Monitor and notify that project are completed on time and within budget
• Break large jobs down into phases of development
• Work with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project
• Lead in preparation of monthly progress report for submission and forecast for team members, clients and stakeholders

About you

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent courses
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, PDF and AutoCAD
• Preferably candidates with FDPS and mechanical services knowledge
• Familiar with construction site working environment
• Troubleshooting and hands-on skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision from superior
• Able to interact with project team to gather project data and cost information
• Demonstrating knowledge of construction
