Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Project Planner to support project scheduling, coordination, and progress monitoring for interior fit-out and construction projects.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with design, execution, procurement, and furnishing teams.
- Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and resource requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project planning experience.
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules and priorities.
