Project Planner

You will be operating in a high-tech, project-driven environment. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects and prototypes, ensuring that materials, resources and documentation are available at the right time to meet project deadlines.

• Develop and maintain project and production schedules.
• Coordinate material flows, deliveries and warehouse activities, manage the timely release of materials and project documentation.
• Support project budget monitoring and cost follow-up, analyse cost estimates and perform post-calculations.
• Manage Bills of Materials and configuration control.
• Create purchase requests and work orders in the ERP system.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in supply chain, logistics or another relevant field
• Proven experience in technical planning, production planning or project coordination.
• Good knowledge of BOM management and configuration control.
• Experience with budget follow-up and cost estimation.
• Strong communication skills in English AND Dutch, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
