What they need
- Technical: LV/MV/HV systems, cabling, lighting, earthing, and panels. Able to read electrical drawings and SLDs. Familiar with IEC/NEC standards.
- Software: Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject, and AutoCAD. BIM is a plus.
- Reporting: Daily and weekly progress reports, site logs, S-curves, dashboards, and delay-analysis input.
- Cost and quantities: Tracking material deliveries, BOQs, take-offs, and labor productivity.
- Site coordination: Working with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Attending site meetings and updating progress against targets. Basic HSE awareness.
- Soft skills: Clear writing, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering. Training in P6, PMP/CAPM basics, and OSHA or equivalent is a plus.
