€60,000 - €70,000 + Car Allowance + 7 % Pension + Life Assurance + Mobile + Laptop

A tier 1 main construction contractor delivering high value projects across commercial, data centre, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and largescale residential sectors is looking to appoint an experienced Project Planner to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative business with an experienced planning team, a strong project pipeline and genuine opportunities for longterm career progression.

The Role

• Prepare pretender, tender and contract programmes.
• Develop critical path programmes, project schedules and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and produce regular progress reports.
• Prepare lookahead programmes and site targets.
• Review and integrate subcontractor programmes.
• Work closely with site and project teams to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ construction planning experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
• Relevant engineering, construction or related qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Commutable to Dublin
