Project Planner (Multiple Construction Projects)

The Project Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of complex, high-value construction projects. This position requires mastery of advanced scheduling techniques, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under demanding timelines. The planner will act as the central hub for project scheduling, risk management, and progress reporting, ensuring seamless execution aligned with contractual obligations and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and 4D BIM tools
• Create detailed lookahead schedules (6-week and 12-week) for site execution
• Perform critical path analysis and implement recovery strategies to mitigate delays
• Track progress against baseline schedules, contractual milestones, and KPIs
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules, ensuring alignment with master plans
• Conduct delay and impact analysis to support claims and contractual remedies
• Prepare dashboards, S-Curves, and progress reports for senior management and clients
• Facilitate coordination meetings with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain schedule revision logs and change control records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in planning large-scale, high-end construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM scheduling tools, and Excel analytics
• Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in demanding environments
