• Position : Project Planner | Planning Engineer (Construction)
• Location : Ubi | Islandwide
• Working hours : 5.5 days | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to S$5,500 Basic per Month + 12 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Group Insurance
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Electrical Engineering | Infrastructure | Solar PV Systems

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking and reporting.
• Assist with project documentation, S-curve updates and delay analysis.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Track material quantities, deliveries, manpower requirements and site progress.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts and single-line diagrams.
• Support the preparation and updating of project schedules and progress reports.
• Highlight potential project delays or scheduling issues to the project team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of project planning experience, preferably within the construction industry
• Experience supporting LTA or similar infrastructure projects is preferred
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning and scheduling software is advantageous
