Project Planner (สถาปนิกวางแผนโครงการ) (Rayong)

About the role

The Project Planner is responsible for project planning, planning the purchase of architectural materials, tracking actual on-site usage dates, and verifying and clarifying architectural drawings when rechecking against actual site conditions to ensure work runs correctly, meets specifications, and follows the Master Schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and clarify architectural drawings and material details before work execution or purchase orders
• Recheck on-site conditions and clarify shop drawings and details by coordinating problem resolution when drawings are unclear or actual site conditions do not match drawings, to reach technical conclusions with the design team and construction team
• Prepare and update material procurement schedules and architectural material delivery plans to align with construction plans
• Prepare material requisition lists and submit to relevant departments for proper and complete execution
• Coordinate with on-site teams to update required on-site dates and track material delivery status from suppliers to meet deadlines
• Drive and execute architectural work processes according to plan and prevent delays or obstacles

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in project planning, site architect, or architectural coordination
• Able to read drawings, extract drawing details, and clarify architectural drawings expertly
• Good understanding of construction process sequence and material delivery lead times
• Excellent problem-solving skills, work tracking, and time management
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel); MS Project experience considered a plus
