Project Planner / Scheduler – Primavera P6

Location: Ortigas Center, Metro Manila
Work Arrangement: Full-time, 100% on-site

Our client is an Australian engineering and project services company expanding its project planning capability in the Philippines.

We are seeking experienced Project Planners / Schedulers with strong hands-on Primavera P6 experience to work directly with Australian project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• · Build and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• · Develop WBS, activities, logic, calendars and baselines.
• · Update progress and analyse critical path and schedule variance.
• · Prepare tender, baseline, progress, lookahead and recovery schedules.
• · Resource-load and cost-load programmes.
• · Prepare S-curves, progress reports and client-ready schedule outputs.
• · Support delay analysis, EOT documentation and progress claims.
• · Work across tender, mobilisation, execution and project closeout stages.
• · Attend Australian client meetings and present schedule status, risks and recovery actions.
• · Work closely with the relevant Australian Division Lead.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ project planning / scheduling experience.
• Strong Primavera P6 capability is mandatory.
• Must be able to build a P6 schedule from scratch, not only update existing schedules.
• Strong understanding of CPM, critical path, float, baselines, progress updates and schedule logic.
• Experience with resource and cost loading.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• High-standard spoken English is essential.
• Confident communicating directly with Australian clients and project teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage planning deadlines.
• Experience in mining, construction, civil, engineering, infrastructure, shutdowns or maintenance projects is highly regarded.
• Power BI, Microsoft Project and earned value / cost reporting experience are advantageous.
• Candidates with only Microsoft Project experience and no genuine Primavera P6 experience will not be suitable.

Pay: Php69,000.00 - Php75,700.00 per month
