Project Planner/Scheduler

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities.
• Prepare WBS, activity schedules, milestones and project timelines.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify delays, risks and critical activities.
• Collect progress updates from project teams, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-Curves and progress charts.
• Monitor critical path, procurement schedules and material delivery status.
• Assist in preparing recovery plans and revised schedules for delayed activities.
• Maintain project planning records, progress data and scheduling documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in project planning, coordination and overall progress monitoring.
• Perform other planning and scheduling duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or project coordination, preferably in EPCC, construction or engineering projects.
• Good understanding of project planning, progress monitoring and construction activities.
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• Able to prepare reports and manage project documentation.
