What they need
- Develop and maintain baseline construction schedules for projects using approved planning tools.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project milestones and sequencing of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze critical path activities and identify schedule risks, delays and mitigation plans.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, manpower histograms, cash flow and S-curve reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and clients regarding project schedules.
- Evaluate the impact of variation orders and changes on project schedules.
- Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and company procedures.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Carry out any other duties, special assignments or projects as instructed by the Project Manager.
