About the role
This role involves project planning, monitoring, and control within a mining or contracting environment. You will manage project schedules, track progress, analyse performance against plans, and coordinate across teams to ensure project targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and monitor project planning and work schedules
- Monitor project progress and conduct Actual vs Plan analysis
- Process project data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Monitor production targets, resource utilisation, and project costs
- Identify deviations and assist in preparing corrective actions
- Coordinate with Site teams and relevant departments to ensure project targets are achieved
About you
- Minimum S1 qualification in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Project Control/Planning, preferably in mining companies or mining contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, formula, and data analysis)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to work to targets and deadlines
- Available to join ASAP
