Project Planning cum Authority

Job Summary

The Project Planning & Authority Executive will assist in coordinating development planning matters and authority submissions for the Group’s projects, including the Serene Kwasa Project. The role involves liaising with consultants, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure development approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements are properly managed and in line with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess a good understanding of processes and procedures involving government authorities such as the Land Office, Local Authorities, Public Works Department (JKR), Department of Irrigation and Drainage (JPS), Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) and other relevant agencies.

• Assist in the submission of development plans and follow through the approval process up to the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for ongoing projects.

• Assist in recording and maintaining approval documents and other project-related documentation.

• Assist in coordinating and resolving issues arising at the consultant and authority levels.

• Ensure compliance with established project timelines and submission schedules.

• Follow up on ongoing applications and submissions with the relevant authorities.

• Work closely with the Project Team, Marketing Team and appointed consultants on project-related matters.

• Attend internal and external meetings as required.

• Provide regular updates on project progress to the Department Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Town Planning, Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, or related field.

• Priority will be given to candidates with a background in Town Planning or Estate Management with 1–2 years of relevant working experience in property development or related industry (Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply).

• Familiar with submission procedures and approval processes involving government authorities will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Good coordination and communication skills in dealing with consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
