Qualification-Diploma/BE/B.tech-Mechanical only (Other do not apply)

Salary-As per the market standard

Notice Period-Immediate-15 Days

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Develop baseline project plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules on daily/weekly basis.
• Track critical path activities and suggest corrective actions for delays.
• Coordinate with engineering. procurement, production, and site execution teams.
• Perform resource planning and allocation for manpower. material, and equipment
• Prepare weekly/monthly look-ahead plans.
• Generate project progress reports. dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Conduct schedule variance analysis and recovery planning.
• Monitor project risks and suggest mitigation actions.
• Prepare S-curves, Gantt charts, and progress tracking reports.
• Participate In review meetings and present planning status.
• Coordinate with vendors/clients for schedule alignment
• Ensure execution as per approved milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

Software Skills

• Microsoft Project (Scheduling, Tracking, Resource Loading)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, MIS)

Required Qualifications

• B.E./BFI.Tech / Diploma In Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• MSP Certification
• 1-3years relevant experience
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
